New Content

- Added the following liveries for 1 new and 4 pre-existing agencies:
Spearleaf Parks & Recreation - Ibishu Hopper, Gavril D10
BCPD - Gavril D25, Enclosed Cargo Trailer (Dive Team)
BCFD - Gavril D55 (Brush 4)
WCHP - Gavril D-Series (CVE), Enclosed Cargo Trailer (Drone Unit), ETK K-Series
BCSO - Gavril H-Series, Gavril MD70 (Court Services), Gunner Patriot, Gavril Scout (Crash Investigation)

- Added a Red/Blue Lightbar to the Gavril Scout
- Added an MTL Version of the BCSO SWAT MD70
- Brought back the Westrans ETK 800

Fixes & Improvements

- All BCPD configs have been updated with Red & Blue Emergency Lights
- Replaced the BCSO Hopper with the SP&R version
- Updated the coloring on all pre-existing WCHP Liveries
- Retitled Utility 5 into Hazmat 3
- Refreshed all SRFD Liveries
- Removed the Bomb Squad Division markings on the BCPD SWAT D-Series and MTL
- Relettered the BCFD Stambecco into a Brush unit
- Replaced the BCSO CVE D-Series with the WCHP version
- Removed the T-Series MTL configs due to texture issues upon enabling headlights (the skins still remain in case this is ever fixed)
- Fixed texture issues on the Westrans tanker skin
- Replaced the Code 3 Lightbars on related T-Series configs
- Removed all Capsule & Daewon content, as metro agencies wouldn't use these kinds of buses IRL
- Actually raised the ride height of the MD-Series MTL configs
- Upgraded the BCPD Sunburst config into a TrailCross
- Other additional changes
