Update 1.11




New Content

Added the following liveries for 1 new & 2 pre-existing agencies:
Belasco Sanitation Department - Gavril D-Series, Roamer, and MD-Series
BCPD - Gavril H-Series (Impound Unit)
Westrans - Gavril Durham

- Added Westrans and LFS D55 configs

Fixes & Improvements

- Updated the Utility 3 config with new D55 parts
- Fixed the WCHP Canine config not loading properly
- Fixed an incorrect info file name causing the BCEMS Cargo Trailer to not show up
- Updated Sunburst configs with more basic parts
- Began process of removing unnecessary information in all config info files
- Changed "Factory" to "Service" in multiple config info files
- Removed the BCSO Durham & gave it's number to the BCSO Armored MD-Series
- Removed all BSPR content
- Other additional changes

Plans for Update 1.12

- Refresh all BCFD liveries
- Revamp the BCPD Bell 407 livery
- Add a BCFD Brush unit for the D55
- Update T-Series configs with new lightbars
