New Content:

Added the following liveries for 1 remastered & 2 pre-existing agencies:
Westrans - Bruckell Bastion, ETK 800-Series, Randolph Tanker
BCFD - Gavril MD-Series (Rescue 2), Gavril D45 (Barrier Truck)
Lens Flare Studios - Gavril H-Series (Tour Bus & Van)

Changes:

- Remade the Belasco Auto H-Series & removed the BA D-Series
- Removed the WCDOT Stambecco, MK2 Pessima & Sunburst
- Updated the BCFD Barrier livery
- Removed the BCSO DUI Config (the skin still remains if you want to use it)
- All pre-existing WCDOT liveries have been remade for the remastered agency
- Increased the shared value on all H-Series content
- Removed the BCPD MD-Series Bus & WCHP Drug Bust Vehicle
- Other changes & fixes
