Beta Bastion Alternative Parts 2.1

Hi all, here with a quick update for the mod. You might have also noticed the name change its because with this mod it will add more Alternative and new parts so be prepared for that!
now onto the updates.

1) The taillight flare has been fixed so now no more annoying flare on the side of the car


2) Added a new center part of the dash I personally didn't like center part of the dash because I had to keep looking down for the nav screen and also, I feel like that a 2020 car would have a bigger screen.
