Small QoL fix
I added a binding for the trailer jack and removed the errors in the console.

This updates adds the EU plates(yes, jbeam was changed) and new anti-roll bars

Small update:
- Added breakgroups for the taillights
- Revised breakgroups for all the lights, they should be weaker now
- Added controls to control the front and rear axle independently
