Beta Backyard Kart 0.17.6

This update is to fix the offset dummy breaking the kart lua. It is a fair bit larger due to including several WIP textures that I have yet to compress.

This update also includes:

• WIP
  • Texture updates
  • Mesh updates
  • Snorkel
    • For the dummy and the kart
    • Kart snorkel is under the engine intake.
      • Currently only for the non cvt engines on the standard and irs axles
      • Not fully tested as of yet, but the irs snorkel is stable
    • Dummy snorkel is under the dummy's head
  • Tweaks to the dummy articulation
    • Arms shouldn't break beams anymore
    • The dummy's foot "presses" the brake lever.
