Autobello Piccolina Last Edition 1.4.1

-Fixed nonexistent steering wheel
-Made the doors openable
-Renamed and decreased power for 2-stroke engine
-Added dual carburetors to 2-stroke engine

-Added new 2-stroke engine model, original model by @bitelaserkhalif
-Edited 2-stroke engine Jbeam
-Added new 2-stroke engine sound
-Fixed fenders shaking weirdly
And other fixes that i probably forgot

tweaked jbeam of the duroplast parts so it deforms less and breaks more

Added a new config, "GDR clone" which is a copy of the piccolina made in the GDR with duroplast parts and 2 stroke engine

Added parts:
-2 stroke 594cc engine
-Duroplast versions of parts (fenders, hood, decklid, bumpers etc)

To do: add actual 2 stroke engine model based on one from a Trabant

-fixed 110c and 110c van configs having bias ply tires
-added 2 new configs: Ultra Basic 110 and Ultra 110
-added new parts: us-spec bumpers, taillight, and updated doors
-removed some texture files for optimization
-added the updated doors to the last edition piccolina

Optimized the mod a bit by changing the full white textures to null.png and added a new headlight with duck tapes on the shape of an X

i added this pointless badge ring for the last edition hood and nothing else
