Model and texture changes:

• added half cage
• added td6 diesel engine from ETK coupe
• added stripped options for hoods and trunk
• improved trunk area for stripped interior
• custom gauges for each trim level

Config fixes:

• moved engines, exhausts and transmissions to common folder, making them available for the Bastion and Rayonner
• removed back seat and added half cage to GTxx version
