    Blown away by the amount of downloads so thank you all! XPS Tuning has rebranded. We are now Arsenic Werks,” a subsidiary of Cherrier group [think VWAG Racingline] and we focus on aftermarket performance options for the FCV platform.
    - Also, we are removing our “Hybrid” product designation from Stage 3+ Turbo, as a hybrid turbo is a stock turbo with upgraded internals. Our Stage 3+ Turbo is an improved version of the vanilla Stage 3 Turbo, which is presumably an aftermarket part. Therefore, our Stage 3+ Turbo is NOT a hybrid turbo. A “+” signifies the part is an improved version of the corresponding aftermarket vanilla part. Any Hybrid options we offer now are based off of Cherrier OEM turbos.
    This update includes:
    -Improved big turbo model for the stage 3+ turbo

    -Improved and rebranded the ultra-high-performance radiator
    -Increased radiator volume, surface area, fan speed, and effectiveness
    -Arsenic Werks performance exhaust
    -Rebranded XPS exhaust from last update.
    -Also added Arsenic Werks Straight pipe, which adds power and has very aggressive crackles
    -Lightweight Tailgate
    -Deletes rear wiper like the carbon fiber tailgate, but retains interior panels, Cherrier emblem and model designation on the tailgate
    -Carbon Ceramic Scintilla brakes!
    -Resized to fit the FCV platform at a minimum of 18-inch wheels
    -Cannot get them to stop any faster than the RotoPad race brakes, but they absolutely do not fade. All three colors available
    -Arsenic Werks EU License plate design

    Engine Specific Updates/Additions:


    -Continuation of "02Y" 2.5L I5 Product Line

    Stage 4 Turbocharger, Long Block, & Software
    -We finally finished development on our Stage 4 package for the "02Y" and it is now available to the public! Taking what we learned from building the Stage 3+ package, we asked ourselves what we could do next? What we landed on was achieving a four-digit wheel horsepower rating out of the "02Y".
    We started at the weak point, the block. With billet connecting rods the upper torque limit is moved to 900lbft and with the addition of higher duration camshafts and stiffer valve springs, it revs out to 9000rpm and makes power all the way there. The camshafts give it a nice lope at idle too. We needed to go with a larger turbo for our power goals and as such we sacrificed a bit of response, but when 65psi hits, you'll forget you waited. How does 1050bhp and 798lbft sound? And even with the larger turbo size, itll still spool faster than the vanilla Stage 3 turbo. If you can do simple math you will notice that we left 100lbft of torque to play with if we decide to push further.... Should we?

    New product lines for the “UE999” 2.0L I4 and the “UE158” 2.0L I4 Diesel
    UE999 2.0L I4:
    -Stage 3+ Turbo & Software
    With the success of our "02Y" product line, we decided to branch out further into the FCV platfrom, beginning with the UE999 I4. Similarly to how we improved the Stage 3 turbo for the "02Y," we increased efficiency in the top end while staying below its stage 3 long blocks torque limit. Our Stage 3+ turbo and accompanying tune produce 583bhp and 468lbft, compared to the vanilla Stage 3 at 465hp and 452lbft we gain +118hp and +16lbft. The stage 3 long blocks torque limit, similar to the 02Y, sits at 640lbft. We did not get anywhere near that, as this engine is primarily available in FWD FCV chassis vehicles, and at its current power will spin deep into 3rd gear.
    UE158 2.0L I4 Diesel
    -Stage 1 Software for stock turbo
    -In vanilla, this engine has no tuning options what so ever. We started development of this line with a Stage 1 ECU tune, pushing output to 233hp and 363lbft (Up +44hp and +67lbft from stock output of 189hp and 296lbft)
    *Must be used with at least a Heavy Duty Long Block*

    -Stage 2 Software for Stage 2 Hybrid

    -A further stage is available for those who desire more power. Our Stage 2 Hybrid turbo takes the OEM turbo and modifies its internals for increased efficiency. When used with Stage 2 software output is increased to 323hp and 464lbft (up 134hp and 168lbft from stock).
    *Must be used with at least a Heavy Duty Long Block*

    ALSO
    If you would like configs for this mod there will be a separate mod going up shortly after this one. Personally, I hate when a mod comes with a dozen configs but I know that some people like that so I wanted to give you the option.The configs are based on Arsenic Werks development and promotional vehicles, aka the cars we used to develop these parts, and that we take to car shows and events to showcase and advertise our products. All the configs are named after beings from Greek and roman mythology. There will be some prerequisite mods for those configs as well but they should work without them.

    Next Update:

    Hoping for the next update to have figured out blender a little more so that I can add the bastions red pod filter to the stage 4 turbo

    Working on the product line for the UE112 1.2L I3. Funnily enough the vanilla jbeam for that engine has built in unreliability. The engine will throw a rod before it gets close to the stated max torque limit in the jbeam haha. That update should be available later this week.

        Version: 1.01 Heard like someone IRL had done a 1350 WHP RS3 with 2.5L I5 Turbo, perhaps try to include it in your next update as a Stage 4 upgrade (with a Stage 4 block and radiator)?

        1. Author's Response Considering adding this in the future although I am mostly focused on improvements of vanilla components, rather than outright power. Working on tunes and a upgraded turbo for the 2.0 diesel and 2.0 gas engines as well.
          After I have done those I may do something that is along the lines of the IROZ motorsports rs3 packages like the IMS850S/IMS1000

        Version: 1.01 Don't have the time to try it out right now, but I appreciate the effort of presenting it like an actual tuning company, taking into consideration the Stage 3 Long Block's torque limits and presenting acceleration times.
