Beta Arsenic Werks: Vivace tuning and OEM+ modifications Beta 3.3.1 [Hot Fix]

Hi all, quick hot fix for a texture issue I came across. I also increased afterfire volume for 02Y straight pipe as it became more muted when I increased the gain of the exhaust sound in the last update.

Texture Fix:
Discovered a bug right after my last update where the texture for the carbon intake pipe on the stage 4 kit would appear white if there were no race seats installed. Fixed this by using a different texture and now it'll appear with the proper carbon texture and It doesnt look much different at all.

New Plate:
Also, changed up the Arsenic Werks plate and logo. Also added a moto. Cherrier's motto is "la vie à toute vitesse" or "Life at Full Speed." Arsenic Werks, as a subsidiary of Cherrier focused on expanding the performance of their vehicles, has the slogan "Au-delà de la pleine vitesse" or "Beyond Full Speed." Used the same font from the gauge cluster on the plate. Looks a lot better IMO. IDK if anyone onther than me uses it but if you do maybe you care.

New Mod:
On a different note, I wanted to plug my latest new mod, Silver variants and Resized variants of the Dreid C70-2 and C70-2-D wheels. All vanilla sizes are now available in silver, and I have added 18x9, 18x10, and 18x11 variants of the C70-2-D "deep" version of the wheel. Likely going to be making this another prerequisite for the config pack:
