Added 2 new tiers

• A+ (above A, below S)
• S+ (above S, below X)

Balanced rating scale
Performance Rating Numbers Adjusted

• More accurate calculations for both Top Speed and Acceleration
• Class ratings adjusted: D-Tier starts at 150 while X-Tier starts at 900
• Ratings now round to nearest 5 integer (350, 355, 360, etc)

Added support for multiple engines

• Now combines both engines if available for a combined power output (fixes eSBR 800, etc)
• You must refresh UI when going from 2 engines to 1 engine!

Both apps can be present at same time

• Standard and Extended are now using unique names so that both can be on the screen at once

Redesigned Extended App

• Complete redesign and coloring
• Inspired by NFS Heat
• Added background blur effect (credit to @StinchinStein)
• Top Speed Progress Bar adjusted to 270 mph = 100%
• Added dynamic vehicle name display (credit to @[CAMSO] Lurlidon)
• Displays manufacturer and model from internal vehicle name (autobuggy, tograc, etc do not work as they share same internal name as their parent)
• Works on mods: Displays internal vehicle name - and opens the door for custom name compatibility!
