Experimental Antique License Plate Pack by Derp_de_Herp 2.0

Okay so I made some minor edits to both sets of antique plates so that the letters and stuff would be better centered/positioned. BUTTT the major update is AUTOMATIC TEXT GENERATION!

Basically, now you don't have to do the thing with the dashes anymore. If you simply load the plate and then refresh/regen the plate number (a circular button at the bottom-right corner of the vehicle part config menu) The plate number for both sets of place will AUTOMATICALLY randomly generate a set of characters and numbers which are the exact same in position and content as the real-life plates. For instance, by doing this, instead of having to do the stuff with the dashes like before, the Vermont Plate will always generate 1 letter followed by 3 numbers, and the New Hampshire plate will generate with like 7 numbers, no letters, and no dash/large space in between any of them. Now, the plates - especially the Vermont - are MUCH easier to use, with far less hassle on the user's (hopefully, your) end!!!

Thanks for reading, and I hope this was all worth the hours I spent trying to figure out how to do the formatting and doing trial-and-error experimentation with regards to positioning the Vermont letters off-center so that "antique" wouldn't be covered up!
