Anti-Lag System (Turbo) 1.4

Hi all,
in this update I've added a feature called "Rolling Anti Lag" as it's name suggests it provides the ability to use the Anti Lag System while you're moving. It comes in handy when you're roll racing someone: just press a button (U), floor it (the vehicle will mantain the speed at which you were going when you engaged the system), enjoy the beautiful sound of the turbo getting roasted, and release all the power with the release of the button!
