Added higher performance ailerons that can give about 75% higher roll rate. Very nice in STOL flight mode.

The "ABS" indicator was used to indicate the airbrakes were activated. Airbrake activation should be obvious and should not require an indicator. So, the "ABS" indicator is now used to indicate the toggle-able parking brake is on.

This update doesn't fix a known problem, per se. Rather, it is intended to prevent future problems. The Stunt Mortar mod had a problem with some vehicles if the "beams" section header line didn't have colons. While no problem has been detected with this mod, the same section header malformation exists, and colons were added anyway in an effort to prevent future problems.
