Added modern Pessima and ETK K now that they have skin UV maps

I made the wheel cover for the Hopper its own wheel cover, because before it replaced one of the already existing ones. I also fixed a materials.cs error in the ETK I-series skin.

I just flipped the stars and stripes around on the D-series to make it look better.

I added the hopper, as well as a wheel cover for it.


I also fixed up the Legran skin and added a config for it.

Added Legran and box upfit for the H-series. Now all I need to do is the Hopper! (excluding cars that don't have skin UVs yet)
