Beta Allison Transmission megapack 2.2

Some time ago while I was playing BeamNG, I noticed an issue with some of the transmissions on the Gavril MD-Series and decided to go through the files and found out that some of the transmission names were incorrect, like some mentioned the word "close" and they were either supposed to be "wide" or "deep"

I went into each transmission file and changed
"calculateOptimalLoadShiftPoints" from true to false.

I have also noticed that there was an issue with the transmission getting stuck on some gears when at max throttle, this was likely to be caused by the engine RPM not being high enough for the transmission to shift through the gears, the only way to fix this issue is to ensure that your engine is able to shift through the gears at a higher RPM, like for example, greater than 2000 RPM or so.

To top things off with this update, I've went ahead and added one more differential ratio to the mod, the differential ratio is 3.25:1
