Experimental A-La Russian License Plate 1.3

It's not official russian license plate, but it's very cool!

  1. EU plate change (V 1.3)

    New update! EU-format plate is now similar to US-format. I also made some changes in "flag" background to see the text better

  2. Texture Change (V. 1.2)

    I changed textures of both license plates again. They now have region (Moscow). Also, now you can't type more than 8 symbols on EU license plate.

    Texture of license plate corrected. Also the name in Tuning menu is now: "A-la Russian License Plate".
