First off, great job. I really like the power, and the single rear wheel one pulls a beamic Park roamer on a bagtrailer with no issue. While I do like some exhaust smoke, real engines really don’t smoke while they’re idling/stopped while in drive. If you could fix that, I’d give it a 5. Can’t wait for the manual, and best of luck.

Very good mod, i have been waiting for this!!!!! although i have some weak points, there needs to be a version with more smoke for some proper coal rolling, and there needs to be more realistic gear ratios, perhaps research some irl diesel truck transmission ratios? the 5 speeds gears are too short, im in 4th at 55mph. anyway, this is one of my favourite mods. thankyou

I recon its great as it is, lot of power and pull.
Its a great mod my only suggestion is use a manual :)

While I appreciate that someone has properly tweaked the model so that we can have a consumer level diesel in the game in a way that ins't shoehorning reality into the the game's fictional vehicles, and understand that this is a beta, at this time the mod is still far from what I would even refer to as functional. The custom automatic behaves more like a cvt than a old school TC auto, which I hope is not by design, and even when you strap the ole faithful 5 speed to her, screaming revs at 75mph in 5th on road tires isn't exactly where I'd want it to be. As well the model looks nice, but I can never quite understand why someone goes to all that trouble just to have an oil pan that phases through the suspension. To go back to the trans the issue comes down to improper converter sizing, it appears you've used the converters that come standard on the D-Series, they're far to high stall and the engine blows through them. Aside from that some nice notes that could be taken from other diesel mods would be as follows exhaust options are neato adding would only help the appeal of a mod like this, and a bit of smoke won't kill anybody. Overall I'm not upset with this mod, fairly par for the course for the BeamNG community, looks nice, works "technically".

Nice mod, well made, very tough truck. Everything in clean, and matches in the engine bay (such as tubes and parts fit and are not very glitched like most engine swaps)
