Alpha 4.4 V8 for ETK - I Series 0.9

Basically entirely changed the torque graph of the engine so not to output unrealistically high torque with stage 2 and 3 internals. This made it much more rev-happy and also increased the maximum NA power available up to 510. Retested the configs accordingly, added the 4400tix supercharged variant. Fixed the exhaust not having afterfire (even the race one), tweaked muffling values to better match those of the i6 exhausts. Added new ECUs specific to the v8 to match the rev-happy nature of it.
