2A4WD Transfer Case 0.2.2

Thanks for this mod, i feel like this should've been in vanilla from the beginning. Answering your question on the other comment, yes i'd love this in the minivan and other awd cars. The minivan's stock transfer case that only has high range awd and low range 4wd is very underwhelming.

I found a thing that and central diff for etk's and vivace. Good mod!
