Zeit and I fixed a few more things, some based on reports and some our own finds.

Here's the fixes:
- fixed screen pksa overlay bug (zeit)
- fixed CCF-D lug nuts no material issue
- fixed rear cup brake instability
- updated getVehOBBs (zeit)
- fixed 17x8 tire offset
- removed country torque converter: it literally did nothing
- new thumbnails
