Hi! This update adds all of the applicable new features:

• moved all emissive materials to new nit-based system
  • entirely redone exterior glowmaps
  • added officially standardised spotlights to all lights except low/highbeams
    • added CHMSL spotlight
    • added bumper DRL spotlights
  • adjusted interior brightness overall
  • added dimming interior lighting, triggered by headlights
  • made all reflectors functional
  • changed arctic foglights' tint to yellow
• fixed arctic white roof having the launcher as default
• added config sorting, seperating the Vela when it's updated
• added correct trigger naming

no new thumbnails this time, the devs have ruined the thumbnail generator...
