Added various vanilla BeamNG features to the Ka, such as:
- Option to install career mode cargo boxes, one in the trunk and one on the rear seats
- Option to install roof bars (and all associated roof bar loads)
- Option to install a tow hitch
- Adjusted headlight brightness/direction once again to match vanilla lighting even closer
- All lights now fade in/out like halogen lights should
- Added a new custom config "Worker" to show off the new cargo-carrying parts
- Changed "base model" config to no longer come with ABS as standard
