Tejo 405C MPFi aka "Taxi Cloissard"

My first Peugeot-inspired car, also inspired by classic early 2000s "Taxi" from the French movie with same name.
This one is powered by 1.9L fuel-injected, SOHC-8 inliner-4 with mild, almost discrete supercharger which boosts 0-100 km/h to 7.0 seconds and grants top speed of 250 km/h. Without electronical limits or similar stuff. If you're lucky enough and don't collide with some rock or wood, you can achieve that speed very easy.
Tejo 405 was (and still is) one of the most successful Tejo-brand cars (along with 206, 205 and 404) and produced from 1987 to 1996 without serious facelifts. This one is from 1990, but with improved gearing, more modern headlights, and shell from late 1980s, which screams from "Restomod" while preserving the engine lightly tuned. It runs on cheap LPG gas, and was used as an prop car in some octane-based French thriller from the early 1990s. The car was from then nicknamed simple "The Taxi".
Production ceased in the 1997, but the car is still assembled in various African and even Middle Eastern (and of course South American) countries in more modernized form. Designed in good old Farina studio, the car combines Italian styling with infamous French reliability.
