Fix with latest features thanks to @RyanCookie

Added openable Sunroof!
it includes:
-2 configs with painted and glass sunroof option
-Glass sunroof
-Painted sunroof
-Sunroof body

Fixes:
-Rear light flares now line up,

-Fixed floating front license plate and added 2 options, right side mounted plate and left side mounted plate.

Adjusted few configs with new sunroof option.
