1981 Daikisei Katai/1000 1.02

Finally got around to a few small bug fixes.

Fixes:
-most texture related issues should be fixed (I think)
-fixed sliding doors getting stuck when car is slightly tilted
-awd 1000 export model has the wrong engine
-some other small things

I'm busy with other stuff so I can't add the light fade thing, but that's definitely on the list for the next update.

Bugfixes for initial release.

Changes:
-added eu plates
-edited lights material slightly

Bugs that were fixed:

-lhd pedals missing
-lhd wiper/turn signal stalk decals are flipped
-1000 passenger doesnt have rear seats
-turbo airbox clips engbaycrap
-rear right door doesnt open
-rear doors triggers are hard to click sometimes
-driveshaft is slightly crooked
-skin uv messed up colors a little
