Duplicated race manual shifter mesh bug fix

Fixed hood and tailgate not latching on cut body
Added animated shifters

-The check engine light material was causing the car to be invisible so I just removed it since it wasn't extremely important.
-Also added openable panels, may have some issues but I wanted to get the fix out quickly so I haven't had time to thoroughly test

Fixed:
- Spiky interior deformation
- Drift steering deforms at full lock
- Rear view mirror is too zoomed in
- Incorrect collision triangle placement in some places
- Race 5 speed transmission clutch isn't showing up
- Speedo stops too early
- KL front lip clips with the bumper awkwardly
- Incorrect brakes on GTz config
- Incorrect door breakgroups
- Attempted to reduce mirror wobble
