Lighting Update
Certain changes made in 1.0.2 proved to be too unreliable and have been reverted. The beautiful light cones are still there though

Minor Update
Updated lighting:
- Tail lights and indicators now cast a light cone and are not just flat light fixtures. Looks beautiful in the twilight
- Fixed dashboard headlight indicator on Cat-Am that used to cast a light cone to the back.
- license plate illumination on whe classic Wildcat is still janky and loose. Tried a lot of fixes, nothing worked thus far.
