It appears I forgot to include the mesh for the custom tires. This will fix that

A couple fixes
This update fixes the config to start with the lightened nodes, allows the taillights to be applied to the custom body, and changes the steering wheel to one that is much closer to the one installed by the owner of the car I based this mod on.

I forgot to change a couple of file names to prevent conflicts with existing parts.
