Alpha 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 1.3

With the new Automation update, I decided to work on this car again.

Below is a list of new changes

-Changed the engine valve covers to red
-Made the bumpers chrome
-Removed antennas
-Tweaked engine
-Adjusted the window tint a bit
-Added the front bumper guards
-Added chrome trim
-Tweaked the tires
-Tweaked the light fixture behaviors to match the real thing

Added the fake vents on the front fenders, tuned the engine a little bit, and more that I can't remember.

Made the value from 300,000 to 33,000 in the jbeam file. (Instead of being worth 300,000, in the vehicle selector, it now says it is worth 33,000.
