Got it! Didn't know I had to make a vehicles folder inside the mods folder.
Unzipped them to the mods folder and still nothing. Tried unzipping to the vehicles folder, but still nothing. I'm okay with the Russian crap not...
I already said that they worked before and I was not unzipping any of them. Unless something changed. Couple of weeks since I played BeamNG.
They don't appear in the game. It's like the game is ignoring the ZIP files completely.

The rims do have a damage model, but like thevidmaster said, they don't collide with the car. I hope it gets fixed. The game is still in alpha...
