Yes its the regular NNC07 Chevrolet templates i have not edited any uv so youre fine if you use the regular ones
i did have someone ask them about permissions but they have yet to respond (they sent an email like around 2 weeks ago)
id say no since if it gets to someone who leaks it that could still get me in trouble and id rather not deal with that
and also i have a basicly finished cup98 mod (im sad i cant release it since meshes were made by SNG and they are very strict about their stuff)
