Hey there, viewer! I’m BeamNut. I consider myself an “expert” in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I’m fairly familiar with JBEAMs and how they’re structured. That said, when I run into particularly complex JBEAMs, I sometimes hit a wall and need help. And that’s okay—because that’s exactly what the BeamNG community is for.
I spend a lot of time studying realism and how it works in the real world, constantly pushing myself to translate that understanding into my mods—planting the seed for a new generation of developers—one realistic mod at a time. Still, true realism isn’t always easy, so at times I choose a balance between realism, quality, and performance. I don’t want people coming to me saying, “My computer runs like a slideshow because of your mod!”
Also, as I mentioned, this is my “occupation,” and I do tend to get busy. That’s why you might not see replies to comments right away—but I always do my best to respond when I can.Interact
