well if its sold in america then it shows if the car can make it into a hard to get into market and see if it makes an effect on it see if its successful the smart car came at the right time and got benefited a car from European would be good in most European eyes just like american car in america if you bring that car to another country where the car culture is different and make a success it shows how good you car is internationally take for example imports which became popular in the 80s and 90s they were good in there origin country and good in there export countrys economy cars have the same thing.there made in europe for those who want a car but dont want to spend to much money on it and gas if it is seen good in international eyes then the car is a worldwide success people agree around the world that the car is good also i know its a economy car you buy it when you dont have that much money but its still not as good as sports cars and muscle cars cause its at the bottom of the spectrum but its a car
Well yeah, no shit Sherlock. Don't judge cars like that, Civics are counted as economy cars and they kick Ferrari and Mustang ass when tuned.
Same with the MR2. Cheap, but favored as much as the Celicas and Supras at the time. (It's sporty, but relatively cheaper than the cars I also mentioned)
when there TUNED dipshit i actually like civics because there a good economy car at base but when there tuned there awsome --- Post updated --- its cause its built to be sporty and cheap which is why there awsome
That's why the MR2 is often used to base a supercar. It's cheaper than ANY supercar, even a Koenigsegg or a Japanese supercar.
I don't count tuned cars being better than the sports car it's quicker than, mostly because it's the quality is of who tuned it and not how the company shit it out, they could make a Ford Pinto faster than a base model C6 Corvette, but they could make a twin turbo Z32 slower than a 83 Corvette.
basically a poor mans super car if you put it honestly but its still a cool car --- Post updated --- exactly also this turned into a american car culture vs european car culture war...
And are every where in trailer parks now, than again that is every car made in the 80's that isn't a Ferrari/Lamborghini.
Oh yeah this body style yeah I seen these thing is trailer parks all the time, more than a 2nd gen Camaros.
It's a variant of a model which is towards sport, so it's still alike to what the MR2 did, although this time, it's a sporty hatch.
