i like those konigs but im much more of a fan of the thicker spokes if i can find some epic retro rims for sale that will fit my car i may scoop them up also, dunno yet. here's a pic yeah it was, car rides stiff but not uncomfortably. its a little dumped looking because the fitment is all sorts of bonk but i guarantee the car will ride much better with a thicker sidewall. Previous owner was friends with a dude who owned a shop, he had the coils professionally installed and tuned for streetability by said friend. i would also run from such a lowered car if this wasnt the case. the only major issue is i will hit curbs if i pull too close to them lmao
Looks really good, congratulations on your purchase. Those wheels look like they will work very well with your car.
they would, yeah im looking forward to getting a set eventually this is the powerband so basically i make torque pretty well all throughout the rev range but this motor is absolutely gutless below 2000 RPM. however you can see how damn aggressive that second cam profile is, its almost double the size of the economy cam.
Threw some ebay mudflaps on her. As aesthetically pleasing mudflaps are, they actually stop a lot of road grime from getting on my side skirts too.
Might be a chonky image, but I carpeted the sub box in my Mini. I used some left over carpet/felt like material I had from an old system, but messed up a cut and one side isn't properly carpeted. So I just painted it black, will patch in future whenever I take it out again.
I bought a new set of fender flares from 4wheelonline. I am just waiting for it to be shipped so I can install them.
Well since last time I posted I bought a one owner 2001 Toyota Camry and a one owner 2004 Nissan Xterra 5-Speed. Today I bought a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N Line 6-Speed. 20 miles.
Haven't installed anything yet but will soon. bought a used flowmaster super 10 muffler with the dual outlet configuration i needed for 40 bucks, a pair of 7.75 inch long 3.5 inch diameter burnt exhaust tips for 50 dollars, and a 51 dollar vibrant resonator for my 2014 mazda 6 touring 6 speed auto that im gonna get all welded in at a custom exhaust shop once the resonator comes in the mail. I think im gonna keep the stock 2.25 inch piping diameter. Was gonna originally go with a corksport axle back and install it myself but they ran out before i could buy one and i think it would of been to quiet for me. I think doing this will look cooler and sound better anyways. Will post a video once everything is done. NVM i re sold everything. i saved for ages gas has gone up to much now and im now bleeding cash. edit secind nvm shit worked out im making more cash now exhaust getting done this week
Exactly where I have rust lol. Gonna try and find someone to weld some metal in probably, unless they charge an arm and a leg. Got some wheels recently. 4 ford crown vic/lincolon mark 7 wheels. Got them for $100 bucks at a swap meet. Can't afford real JDM mesh right now anyway so these will do lol. Excited to get them fitted.
I actually got exhaust done. My 2014mazda 6 is running one used flowmaster super 10 muffler single inlet dual outlet, vibrant resonator, and some cheap upower exhaust tips with stock 2,25 inch pipe diameter. I know the car is dirty I cleaned her later after I took the pic. thinking it might sound a bit better if i delete the resonator in the future. No drone when crusing at city driving speeds. Drones a bit on the freeway, is stupid loud when you accelerate or get on the throttle. A lot louder than i was expecting considering my last car a 96 thunderbird that had a 4.6 v8 and two flowmaster super 10 mufflers+ resonator delete wasnt nearly this loud lol. My mazda is only a hair quieter than what a full muffler delete would be. --- Post updated ---
For an entire new frame for the Val' is only 400 hundred bucks, rather happy about that, installation if nothing else need the be replaced (which it doesn't seem like it) is barely $1500. Who say old cars are expensive to keep up and running ? I couldn't imagine it would too expensive to weld over, and if it is its nothing ducktape cant fix
