I am aware of some issues caused by the new update. I will be working on a new version soon, with new and updated configs.

Have you planned anything for the I Series? Big engine? Big turbo? Big anything that is awesome as heck?

Yes, I'll be adding a few things for it. Expect some sort of top-speed variant when it comes out.

    Great. Random supercharger-request because E38 M5.

When you get around to working on the new ETK I series could you please make an group B Audi Quattro S1 torque curve with similiar behaviour as its engine counterpart. Such as a laggy turbo and max power output of around 650-700hp. Would be much appreciated by the Group B rally fans

Hey, didn't actually think of that. Problem with that would be that the Sport Quattro had a way way shorter wheelbase.

Yea I have some cool stuff planned :) I usually try to focus on easy to drive cars (predictable torque curves and quick turbos) but I think it would be fun to make a more difficult car :D

Several people have actually been working on coupe versions of the ETK that feature shorter wheelbases, if you check the development screens there are about three in the last couple pages. Its also something i could live with for the time being.

Since there are now hillclimb/time attack cars you could also make some hideously overpowered engines or even some more that are based off real life cars. One being the Peugeot 405 T16 which instantly sprung to mind although its not ridiculously overpowered (i think its between like 450 and 600 hp, i dont know)

If you want a ridiculous hillclimb vehicle, the Asiimov Sunburst has been turned into one with over 1500bhp and an aero-limited top speed of 225mph. It reaches 200mph in just over 11 seconds!!

Can you also make something like a bi-charged 1000hp I-Series?

i tried but because the current superchargers add psi per rpm... turbos actually make better torque curves... UNLESS you make the engine start with loads of torque or use the turbo to make the supercharger harder vice versa

check out my twincharge curves (top right)

Which I think is so cool. Normal cars can't handle that power IRL too. You need a specially designed chassis to handle the power. My Ludicrous sunburst has 1850bhp and it can't handle full throttle until 3rd or 4th gear

even then without any fancy aero and such even grippy tires will not take it under 2 seconds 0-60
    too light... too much wheelie
and then you end up with a drag car/funnycar to handle 10000's of hp which seems realistic

i think its power to weight ratio... over a certain point=smoke also beamng drive symmetry means constant correntions

The automatic performance test concluded that my custom hillclimb sunburst gets to 60 in 1.5s. Its because of the large 265s with sticky race tread on all 4 corners tho ;)
