It would help if you could check other people's plate packs, to ensure you do not use the same plate. The exact same Idaho license plate is in my West Coast pack. http://www.beamng.com/threads/united-states-west-coast-license-plates.17300/#post-269127 You should download all available license plate packs if you choose to start making plates. It's fine if you make USA license plates, just try your best not to use the exact same ones as me or other plate makers. Simply changine the plate lettering is a whole new plate, so maybe just get a differently numbered plate, or learning good picture editing skills allows you to swap some letters, and even make some nice custom plates.
okay, thank you for telling me that, I didnt downloaded the USA pack, so couldnt check that out, but I will do that right now and look, that nothink is duplicated
