Since the 0.8 update broke my Covet AWD CVT, i'm planning on totally remaking that mod with part-time 4WD. I already have the CVT code, but I can't find any info whatsoever to add a transfer case and rear differential?

Holy FUARRRK this is awesome so far SSSS! This is already miles better than the shitcode I did on my own 4WD CVT config! Gonna start working on a CVT part now. And try to fix Alt-S not triggering 4WD on/off. And then I broke it. CVT part works, but no 4WD/AWD whatsoever. Code in attachment.
You will need to add some slots to the transmission. I got a 4WD setup working on a LeGran. Any mods you make to the transmission occur in the engine.jbeam. There is no transmission jbeam as of yet. I'll work on this for you now. EDIT. Sorry, I wasn't able to get anywhere really. I used the pickup 4WD system as a base but couldn't figure a shaft to go the rear diff.
Okay I tried my best debugging this code but whatever I do, it keeps on breaking. --- Post updated --- kay, i'm about to An Hero myself over this. Spent the last 5 hours trying to unfuck that 4WD CVT code but no, BNG tells me to fuarrrk off and keeps creating dummy shafts or just won't plain work at all. God, when will the damn Wiki be updated?
If I am right, which is not very super likely since it is 22:49 and I just came home from a stupid calculus test, your powertrain things don't match between the gearbox and the transmission. Only looked at the code though. Can you send a screenshot with the powertrain debug app visible?
Disregard EVERYTHING I just said, it's me being a retard once again. DJPlopper's pack has a RWD suspension for the Covet and that was messing with my setup, I used that in the pre-0.8 days for my AWD+CVT Covet. I'll ask SSSS tomorrow if I can reuse his code.
