    For example the El Camino is RWD while the Subaru Ute is a front engine four wheel drive layout. Even the engines are different.


    It would be interesting to see some early Hirochis so you get an idea on the history of the company.

    I was just fooling around, I don't really believe that the small subaru pickup-cars have anything to do with the American ones. Mechanicaly they are very different indeed, and honestly they are not too similar visually.

    A depressingly weak I6 is still better than a depressingly weak V6, at least I6s are smoother normally which means it can be a bit of a luxury feature and the lack of power would also support that... I feel like I would be a used car salesman... I could convince someone that an old pickup with an anemic I6 is actually a luxury vehicle... I could even convince myself to believe that tbh
