.ZIP External Car Mods Not Appearing in Manager?

Not much else to say other than title, I first downloaded a Miata mod that worked normally after I placed the .zip into the mod folder (worked ingame and all), but every mod I've attempted to enter afterwards (5 atp) just don't show up in the manager. I've added them all the same way based of the official guide, but nothing appears ingame?

EDIT: Yes I have cleared my cache, nothing.
EDIT 2: No it doesn't detect any of them as broken.
EDIT3: Reinstall doesn't work either.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but no luck so I guess that's not a way to fix it.

 

Modland, modhub.us,and vgtimes.us I think, it's been like a week since I downloaded them but idk.
Wait nvm it can't be the mods themselves because I reinstalled the game and readded the Miata mod (the only one that worked) and now the problem persists with that one too...

 

Nvm I was it goes in the current game version and not a mods file in the base Bemang.drive folder.
Ya'll might wanna put the current game version part in bold in the website https://documentation.beamng.com/tutorials/mods/installing-mods/ for idiots like me lol.
