I would like you to help me. How exactly to remove the side windows? (I was always sure they are not removable).

There's one similar reference in each door. Remove the flexbody entry and the windows shouldn't be appearing anymore. Here are pre-edited files of grand marshal with the windows removed, set as alternative parts so that they don't conflict with the standard vehicle. You can take a look at it..........
Thank you! Though this doesn't fit the vanilla parts configuration style of this mod, but maybe I'll make another one.

There IS a option to remove the windows on the doors. Just go to the door option inside the part selector, select the arrow, then remove the glass.
