you are using an intel gpu, please choose different one to improve perfomacne, fix?

I tried to help you before, but you don't seem to wanna do an effort yourself.

From what I could tell, you don't have any other GPU so you have to upgrade your PC or get a new one.
As I told you earlier, there's no magic way to get better performance.

Also, are you using a pirated BeamNG? That looks like an old box.

You are using Intel Integrated Graphics from what I am seeing, so I suggest to just get a new GPU and be done with it.

GPU means graphics card. It's telling you to get a different graphics card for your computer.

 

Intel doesn't specialize in making graphics cards for gaming. Your computer may already have one and you can go to device manager to check to see if you have one in, click on display adapters and it will give the name of your graphics card if you do have one already, you can enable it in device manager by right clicking and selecting enable. If you don't have a gaming graphics card, if you have a desktop you can buy a gaming card and put it in (there are videos showing how to do this, its not hard) just make sure it can run beamng.drive well. If you have a laptop, then you can buy a gaming laptop or (I would recommend) buy a gaming desktop.

At ~$60-100 USD, a used GTX 970 can run the game and save you more cash than a GTX 1650. How do I know? Because I'm using one and upgrading to GTX 1660 Ti.
Anyways, the Intel "GPU" is basically Integrated Graphics which means it runs inside the CPU and uses computer ram, which is not that gamer unless you have a tight af budget.
From what I can tell, you must be either A, to broke to buy the game and grab a pirated one, B, you are using an old version because either you can't upgrade your DirectX, or run a x32 system, C, have a potato pc which can be upgraded, depending on how good it is. That is if you can take apart your pc to slap a graphics card, 16 gigs of ram, better power supply unit (for the GPU because I doubt that a stock one can handle it), and a SSD if you can afford one. D, playing the game on a laptop, which in that case, it makes a good lap warmer, and you need a pc.
