Yas Marina Circuit (Mod idea)

Hi. I wanted to ask if anyone would make the Yas Marina circuit as a mod. If someone has already done a mod please post the link. I don't have too high expections. Here is an image of the track. I only expect the black lined track to be driveable (black on the picture) and usable run offs (cyan on the picture) and be able to see the grand stands (red on the picture). Here is an onboard view:
