Xbox One Controller

    Does anyone know how can I connect the xbox one controller to the game? Or how to set up the controls? (I have the micro usb cord)

    Plug it in you PC USB port or get a dongle if you have Windows 10. The controls are already set up, you can change them at the same place as you'd do for your keyboard.

    I did all that. It's not showing up on the devices though. (I have windows 8)

    I've had one, it was plug and play for beamng.

    is it visible in windows device manager?

    its plug and play I use the Microsoft dongle, it also works with USB cord (I run W10), OP what OS are you running?

    On Windows 10, You just have to plug it into the USB port, wait for the driver to install, and play :)

    Yeah so no dongle for you. Just plug the cable in the controller and the other end on a USB port (I use 3.0 but idk if this makes a difference). Does it work with other games or is it just BeamNG ?

    My 360 controller just plugs and plays, so a ONE controller should.

    I just brought out one of my old wired xbox 360 controllers and it worked fine. I guess I need another one of those micro usb things, mine doesn't work
