Whenever I use my ps3 controller on DS3 and select Xbox360 Controller Emulator my pc makes the sound that the usb has been disconnected so I checked in the Devices and Printers and the HID-Complaint Controller disables so I test by switching back to the setting on DS3 Playstation 3 and then my PC makes the sound that a USB has been connected so I check in the Devices and Printers and the HID-Complaint Controller re-apears so long story short, When I emulate Xbox360 controller and the pc acts like the usb has been disabled, I cannot use it for BeamNG. Can anyone help I searched everywhere and nothing is coming up that is adressing this problem! (yes I have all controller drivers installed and the USB is in perfect condition)

If someone has an up-to-date input map for a ps3 controller that is the same as the Xbox setup but the buttons are switched to Ps3 but are the same in terms of button setup (Y button to Triangle Right bumper to R1 etc) that would be great

Oh damn I never knew that and I have been using ds3 tool for awhile, I'll try what you said!

I tried out what you said and to me that is very complicated for me Ive read the tutorial and it isnt clear enough for me to understand some of the things. Is there any easier ways to do this with a ps3 controller?

If you can't follow instructions as simple as those, I can only advise you to buy an Xbox 360 controller.

Seriously, if copying a few files is too difficult, I am wondering how you managed to get on the forums. Those instructions cant get much simpler. If they are impossible for you then I'd advise spending the 20-30 bucks and buying an *official* microsoft xbox 360 controller.

well its not simple cause when I download the file given and folow the instructions, there is no ScpServer.exe or ScpServer/bin included in the download so its impossible to folow the instructions

Dunno what you're downloading, but its right in there for me.

    Allow me to demonstrate:
    Untitled.png

    Open an admin command prompt.
type into it the following 2 instructions
    • cd C:\
    • mkdir ScpServer

Then open the .7z file you've downloaded. Open the ScpServer folder. Open the bin folder (seriously, did nobody ever teach you how a filepath works in IT in school? ScpServer/bin literally means open the ScpServer folder and then bin will be in there, just look at the filepaths shown at the top of the windows in my screenshot). Copy all the files from inside that bin folder into the ScpServer folder which will be on your C drive. Run ScpDriver.exe. Takes about 30 seconds.

I must of got lucky then because i ran motionjoy with ds3 from 09 to early 2014 never had an issue with it. But i do use scpserver with my ps4 controller and it is a much better option.

Its known for corrupting windows USB stuff with symptoms ranging from simply causing USB disconnects to corruption of windows registry and bluescreens. This is down to an utterly hacky way of getting at the USB data in windows when its all exposed in the win32 api anyway... Almost as if they were trying to cause problems.
It also logs data back to a Chinese IP address. There is no reason for it to do that and ds3 does try to block it.
