I just upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday, because the upgrade is going to end soon. On my previous OS (Windows 7 Pro) BeamNG.drive would run on the menu screen at 10% or less cpu usage, and while playing no more than 65%. At first when i upgraded to Windows 10 it was completely fine. Then I opened BeamNG.drive. 60 to 70% CPU usage on the title screen and 100% as soon as any map was opened, so high that it would not even fully render the vehicle after 15 minutes. There were no high CPU usage problems on any other programs that I could see. I was thinking that maybe it was trying to render all the graphics (on highest settings) with the CPU, a not extremely powerful AMD FX 6300. I'm back on Windows 7 for now. The attached file is a picture of the CPU usage and temperatures on windows 7.
Post your full specs. And post a screenshot of the 'vehicle not being fully rendered'. Have you tried to reinstall your GPU drivers, it's suggested after changing OS.
I just thought of something... I just upgraded to the Radeon RX 480 8gb GPU and I'm still running on the buggy drivers off the cd. That might be the problem. I'll try re-upgrading to Windows 10 and try that. --- Post updated --- Specs: CPU: AMD FX-6300, RAM: G.skill RipjawsX 2x4gb, GPU: Radeon RX 480 8GB, PSU: Corsair CX500M, Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P 2.0, Other Parts: CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3, Case: NZXT Source 210, Network: Rosewill pcie WiFi card, Case Fans: 2x Corsair AF120 quiet edition, Fan Controller: NZXT Sentry 2

I Re-Upgraded, and found this (attached picture file). Right now I am installing a specific Windows 10 64-bit driver from AMD's website. The driver I downloaded in Windows 7 was 16.7.3, but the Windows 10 one is 16.7.2 --- Post updated --- IT WORKS! Thanks for telling me that cd drivers are terrible. I installed Radeon driver 16.7.2 and set something in power management and it works fine!
