    Willow Springs International Raceway is one of the most know and best tracks in the United States of America.
    Open since 1953, many notable events have happened here such as:
    500 Grand Prix motorcycle race in America,
    The first AMA events,
    The first 24-hour motorcycle endurance race,
    The first kart road racing in America,
    And the first California Sports Car Club racing on a purpose-built road course.​

    This map will provide endless hours of fun, as it feautures many events and layouts you can try!

    @jesseu: The porting of the map from assetto corsa to Beam.NG

    Me: Decal roads for the tracks, Creating AI Races, Race/Map Preview images, Dynamic lighting

    Original author of the map from assetto gets full credits for creating the map in the first place

    Just to clarify, Jesseu is the original author of this port, he just asked for my help, and said i could post it here for him

    FINALLY WILLOW SPRINGS IS IN BEAMNG & A POSSIBLY REALLY GOOD VERSION TOO

    I'll be testing this with utmost vigor & especially trying it out with both Automation & BeamNG cars. Thank you, gunner!

    Thank you, I know, nobody has really said it, but my old maps just… sucked… like alot.. but my new ones are great, but as stated, this map is all possible due to @jesseu

    Map looks amazing, details and everything, been waiting for someone to do willow springs! Are the ovals gonna get touched on any?

    They may in the future, they just aren’t the highest quality, and placing decal roads for ai doesn’t work too good on them sadly. But in the future they may

    Even in the future if AI doesn’t work, I could add lighting for people that use it in multiplayer

    Alright, so first thing I noticed is that one of (maybe all of them) are set to "One Way", instead of two-way roads. On at least some, if not most circuits, the layouts are reversible, so racing can go both ways.

    Other than that I've noticed no issues so far, so that update will be fairly quick. Gonna get to testing out the track a fair bit now. I'll try to keep you updated on any other issues.

    I cant remember if theyre all like that, but the AI was going insane and kept trying to go weird routes to get to the checkpoints, thats why i did that

    If i remember correctly, the best way would be to use prefabs with a specific AI road for each different mission, then they dont overlap and conflict and the AI should stay on the right path. Prefabs are a bit annoying to use though

    yes they are lol, the ai barely works on the races only sadly, i didnt think many people would even use the airaces tbh
