Will the "Lossless Scaling" tool work in BeamNG?

So I recently saw the steam thread where someone said that this tool will work for upscaling any game, even BeamNG. Here's the link: https://steamcommunity.com/app/284160/discussions/0/4737210531935235243/
But its paid and I want to have it working cuz my RTX 3050 laptop gets appalling 30 fps with 6 AI cars on normal settings, motion blur set on 0.29 and dynamic reflections.
Is somebody using this tool? I want to have 1080p experience at least and 60 fps.

I tired lossless scaling and it doesn't work good in game. From 45 fps (30 was cuz i got bad mode in laptop software) it got down to 35! Don't buy it if you wanna upscale beamng.

Well, it worked great for me. I have an old computer, and almost possible to play BeamNG sometimes with an fps of 20. Now it runs at 45 at worst and normally around 50.
