Taken down due to copyright complaint Where the hell is the CK Sky mod

I loved to play with ck´s Sky mod and make short videos or cool pictures with it. he even realesed a new pack with new skys wich made it even better but i loaded beam up this morning, wanted to turn it on, not finding it in my installed mods or on the mods here. did it get taken down because of something like copyright?
