Where is the default vehicle saved at?

The vehicle that you tell to load in by default when starting a map. Where in the files can I find it?

My number plate always spawns with the text format of 6MNL296 every single time I boot up the game for some strange reason. I know that now configurations can have plate text saved, so my guess is maybe for some reason that was saved and stored. If I'm right, I want to either...

A) Remove the text so it will just generate automatically or use my Steam name
B) Give it actual custom text to spawn with every time (such as "FOXTROT", my signature vanity plate text).
